Were you holding your ankles when they performed the "service" on your Crossfire? Since those Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep stealerships sold the cars at discounted prices, they are now making it up on service. You were screwed over for that pricing. Do some research on this site and the two issues you had are described within numerous threads on this forum, by using the search button.
Hopefully they used Mercedes parts and not an off brand (from China). Find an independent Mercedes mechanic in your area and take the car to them for future repairs after you search this forum, FIRST!
