Yeah that would have been a assault charge for me. I had some putz punch my new Mini on my way out of a parking lot at a Broncos game for no reason other than he was a drunk deusche. He left a golf ball ding on the car . Any how I parked the car grabbed the tire iron followed him two blocks and while he was getting in his car I teed off on everyone of his windows. The look of shock on his face was priceless and he was scared so shitless he did not even get out of the car to confront me. No body did **** and no cops involved.
