NOT eligible.. I called Chrysler customer care who seemed willing to help me get the vehicle repaired. They, however are in direct talks with the Service Manager at South County Dodge (located in South St. Louis County). The service manager initially told me that he couldn't do anything. And even now that customer care is asking him to send information to the warranty center etc, he seems very reluctant to even try to push for any goodwill on my behalf. He admitted that he has never dealt with this issue before. Has anyone in the area experienced the same problem? If so, is there a more proactive dealer that I should try to work with to get a potentially better result? My guess is, that I will wind up frustrated, staring at a $1500 repair bill, or the temporary glue fix. Thanks for any advice!
You are not gonna have much luck with the St Louis Chrysler dealers.

About the only one I would recommend is Glendale Chrysler down on Manchester just east of Lindbergh about four blocks. I cannot say they will do it, but they seem happy to see our Crossies in their shop. Any warranty work I had for them, they were aggressive and eager to get it covered.
