They didn't put the trans, they just changed the Crankshaft's bolt pattern for the flywheel. The clutch remained the same compatability wise.
Now that makes zero sense on their part. Keep the same tranny but randomly decide to change to a different bolt pattern?
They must love making things "easy" for us...
