Just had to remove the screw on top and just to the right of the headlight assembly. That let the whole front panel flex just enough to get the assembly out. Once out, replacing the clip and the bulb was a no brainer. But what a PITA job just to replace a bulb. Can't believe how tight that socket was on that bulb. Only way to separate socket from bulb was to put a screwdriver between the two and pry. Once I had the battery negative cable disconnected and then reconnected I thought I would have to go through all the black magic to disarm the seatbelt chime again, but it still seems to be disabled. If reconnecting the battery doesn't do it I wonder what does. I don't miss that thing so I am glad it is still quiet. Thanks to all for your help. Glad to be associated with such a great forum.
