From your post, I agree, this car and it's value, is not for you. The OP has a very rare, out of production, SRT6 Roadster with just a little over 7k miles on it - the premium this car demands (which is probably only 4 or 5k) is probably not worth it to someone who's wanting a daily driver or even a bi-daily driver, but then again, that is what makes the market, different interests!
Your suggestions above, that not driving one of these cars as much as you do is somehow not enjoyable or for that matter laughable, is a slippery slope. Under your assumption, if someone drove his crossfire daily versus your two to three days a week, would look at you the same way. Personally, I find that when I've driven cars on a daily basis, super nice cars too, they became old hat, I would soon get so use to the car that it was second nature, nothing special. On the other hand, driving different cars on special occasions always keeps them special and I can honestly say, every moment I'm driving it, I'm totally enjoying it - I also enjoy having it when I'm not driving it. But I certainly wouldn't say, anyone, who drives his car on a daily basis, is somehow not enjoying it, I'm sure he is, I'd like to think, we all enjoy these cars in our own ways, they are special.
