Here's what I have. It does seem so have some heat build up, but looks fine all the way around.


As for plate or shroud. I will have a machine shop buddy give a quote on a nice shroud set up. Shouldn't be hard to do. In fact, flat plate, washer as a spacer should put it nicely over the top of the pulley.
