Five weeks ago I requested that you return my vehicle, 2004 Chrysler Crossfire, VIN 1C3AN69L84X005616, to it's original operating condition and return MY car and the $3,200 payment for the turbo work you were to have performed on the car. I requested that the car be returned by the end of July 2014. As of 1 August 2014 the car has not been returned.
I am now demanding the return of the car in operational condition and the payment no later than 30 days from the date of this email (31 August 2014).
If not returned I will involve law enforcement and other parties as necessary.
I am hoping that after over 2.5 years you will do the right thing.
I need to know what your intentions are.
