For aesthetic reasons, I want to disable the spoiler switch in my crossfire coupé 04. Then I want to reroute the wiring to a new switch closer to the driver. This is what I want the new switch to look like:
*I'm thinking of placing it under my ignition switch.*
My concerns is because the stock switch is a push and hold type this may not work.
But by changing to a toggle switch I may be able to stop the push and hold setup, and have the spoiler react fine when the switch is toggled. I'm going to guess this will work fine, but being toggled that means the motor is always on, right? Could this hurt the car? And is it even possible? Has anyone else tried or done it?
