I have added you both to the list in post #3
I strongly recommend you arrive on Saturday morning by 8:30am if you are unable to be present and/or staying Friday night at the lodge for our drivers meeting held around 9pm or shortly after.
At the drivers meeting we introduce the group leaders for the weekend (at least Saturday)
They will describe the routes they will lead and answer any questions from the group overall.
The entire group generally starts to form around 8:30 to 9:00 Saturday morning in the lodge parking lot to head out for the group photo shoot at the Fontana Dam and then leave from there to begin the Saturday runs in individual groups.
We don't want anyone left behind but if you are not accounted for you will miss the departure.
This is a full weekend for most so I encourgae you to join us and make it a weekend at the lodge to enjoy the experience fully.
