The use of the two way radios is also encouraged to notify the entire group of any LEO's or other potential hazards along the way
Seems to me the ones who risk the tickets are those who go warp overdrive in the straights so if you drive moderately in the straights then have fun in the curves your risk would go down considerably and it would make for a great first time to the Dragon.
