Well, sometimes it can be the start of a CPS, or Crankshaft Position Sensor, starting to go bad. Rough idle, hard starting, rough on take off.... It will show it's ugly head one day if that is the case. Less than a $40 fix and do it yourself kind of thing...there is a "how-to" on here if you need to do that...
