It is unlikely that the 10yr warranty on your 2005 Crossfire roadster could have expired. The time starts when your car was first put in service . . . not when the car was built. Suggest you check that out again.
According to the Chrysler database, My car was put in service in July 2004. Seems like it is a little early, but that is what the VIN exposed.
