Just found out my car is considered totaled from the recent floods in Daytona Beach. The value of my car is 7500 and insurance wants to give me the money, but should I put a new engine in the car?

I see where you can buy motors but i guess the dealership adds 25% and the the installation gets up to $7500, i really need opinions, i really love my car but not sure what to do
