The shield fits with all pulley sizes (as the clutch/drive plate O.D. which defines the shield's I.D. is the same on all of the pulleys for this application). The protos I made fit fine and seem up to the task, but I am thinking I'll make the next (final) version from Stainless. A group buy may be just ticket (and a discount for 2 seems only fair ; )

I am removing the pulley again, as we only took the belt off and took a look, now I am removing the pulley for a complete inspection. If I don't like what I see, the 65 is going back on. But, I didn't see any signs of heat build up....but I did have a sense of slippage at the half mile event. No boost leaks, no belt slippage as I see no signs of belt fragments or dust build up. But nothing wrong with insurance. And, if this fits 65's which I will assume it will, make that two shields. Group buy? LOL.....
