I have a spare TCM with the Spreedriven TCM tune through Rudy and thought it was a vast improvement over stock. Crisper shifts both up and down shifting. I switch it out with my stock TCM on occasion. Only takes 10 minutes to change it.
Now that would be the way to go, but again....he was asking which to do first. I would like to get the HP, before the shifting....I will have to look for a spare.....
