They want certain fuel mileage to be reached, and to be within limits for longevity of the parts and the motor. Performance means you want all you can get out of the car within safe limits. Eurocharged, or any tuner for that matter will take the car to it's peak performance parameters. That's all. It will be within it safe range of operation, but a the peak. You won't over rev, and your mileage might suffer a little, but in some cases, just the opposite happens. You will see a difference. Question is, is it worth $300 or so to you?
You would never get in a pissing match with me. I respect and have liked all the posts you have posted in my threads or on the forum in general. I'm sure you are referring to that clown in the Sprint Booster forum, who unfortunately has the same name as me "Nick".
Either way, did you get your car tuned?
I am getting it for $250 and it's pretty much worth it for me as I think our cars are very quick as they are but a little more zip is all I am looking for and I'm sure I would relally enjoy it!
I might do some more mods down the line (TB and CAI) so the bonus would be that they would re-tune for free every time I update.
