I'd like to know though what exactly is it that the tune changes in particular and is that the absolute MAX they can do or could they push it further depending on what the customer wants?
My suggestion is to sent them an email and ask, I know they can tune your car on a dyno if you are can get it to them. That would ensure the best result for your particular car/mods. I think you will be pleased with the results of the remote tune, and if you add modifications in the future, they will re-tune for those mods.
A dyno tune may also make more sense after you modify the engine further, if that is what you plan to do.
