With 37k on my 04 I did the Sticky Key fix. If everything goes well it is an easy fix but there are lots of places to get bogged down in the process. It is a lot of work just to remove the spring & pin, but necessary. I won't have to do this again.
But what about XF 2 or 3?

XF 1 still sticky key.. for 3 years now.. XF 2 and 3 work smooth as butter...
