Ok, I guess I am missing something. If you drain every bit of oil out of the engine, it will take 8 1/2 quarts to bring it back to level. I still drain mine the old fashion way. I let it drip after I warm the engine for a good half hour. The gauges shown is fuel and temp, so where did the oil level come into the equation?
