I'm a idiot .. I was thinking about my day and forgot where I came from before the picture was taken when I got him.

Your right it's water .... from the car wash, I went through a touch less car wash that even though I did not select the option blows water underneath your car it did as I entered the wash today.

 

Haha, no worries. Better to be too cautious about these things than not cautious enough.

 

You do mean coolant temp and not oil level ?
