Personally I wouldn't walk away from that car . . . the recorded mileage progressions are not indicative of a rollback / there are no reported accidents / the photos support a low mileage car that has been well cared for. I would use the information in the CarFax report to negotiate a low purchase price. I would offer them $11,000 and see how they react. That car is like a good dog that has been bounced around from home to home. It just needs to find its loving forever home.
