I am using some mesh grill material I found online and I am making a crossbar out of HDPE. I bought a 6x24 x2 block from U.S.Plastics which will also do the cannards I am making. It is something like the MB grills, but instead of the circular MB star I am using the lower half of an oval to better accent the wing and Xfire emblem on the hood. Since the mesh has a very high % of pass through for air flow you also can see through it, that;s why I am using the Edelbrock blue filters and chrome horns and polishing the elbows of the DCAI. I'll post a pic when I have it done.
