Buying out of state can be tricky. You never want to send funds to a stranger. The car just listed was with a dealership, so they could handle most of the details for you. Buying from an individual is another matter. I was trying to steal a third car....I won't pay over 10k for one and that is less shipping if it isn't close enough for me to go get it myself.
