So, this got me to thinking....When we run the car in the summer it is usually to get somewhere cooler but that requires a hard hot climb to higher elevations. I don't think I would want to start the car the next morning in say Flagstaff with 5w50 oil. I think I have talked myself into running 5w40 year round unless someone convinces me that is a bad idea.
