I drive my coupe a little during the winter season on days where the temp is reasonable and the sky is clear. Overall, I probably don't put more than 3500 miles/year on the car. Strictly a weekend tip vehicle. So I connect a battery charger on the car every 6 months to keep the battery fully charged. Original OEM battery (VARTA) is still in the car and seems to be fully capable. But it's been more than 7 years now and I expect I'll need to replace it next spring.
