It really depends on what state/country you live in. In some states they will just massively fine you. In some states they would have hauled you off to jail right then and there, some even require that you pay the fine right when they pull you over. So in reality, your best bet is to either look up your local laws or even ping a lawyer. For a speeding violation that large a lawyer would probably be well worth the money.
