31+ mph over the limit is a class B misdemeanor, has a possible penalty of up to 6 months in jail, and a $1500 fine.
Class B misdemeanor are a criminal offenses, which means they appear permananently on your criminal record and will show upon a background check.
Get an attorney.

It's not the car, it's the driver. You're not a victim of the car.

As others have said, take the medicine. And grow up. Many of us would prefer that you didn't kill yourself, or us, or our family member, or a pedestrian, 83 in a 45. Some have said get a lawyer. I say get some responsibility.
