I have removed the door panels five or six times and the tricky part can be to remove the facing of the door pull until you know the trick. When done carelessly the surface finish can get damaged. The prying is done from the bottom ONLY.
The bottom of this facing has three pry slots in it that allow a small plastic trim tool to be inserted to pry of the face, find one that is 1/3 the length from each end and start from there to get the center snaps freed and then work towards each end. Easy Peasy!
