Gang,

My Hood Release seems to be sticking (2004 Coupe). The latching mechanism will only "catch" all the way if I push down on the hood after it has been dropped down. As well, the pull handle (inside of the car) has a bunch of slack when the hood is closed.

Any thoughts? Is this as simple as lubricate the hood locking mechanism in the engine compartment?
