I actually found an insert that fits perfectly in the door trim in the box of the new infinity speakers. It snaps right in place but I wrapped it one time with electrical tape to avoid any plastic on plastic vibrations. 1 Layer of tape and it still fit with no plastic on plastic buzzing.

The new speakers sound amazing. I used 3M professional undercoating and sound deadening spray to insulate the inside of the door cavity and the inside of the door trim. I was too lazy to line it with dynamatt. I had to let the car air out a bit but the speakers sound awesome and the doors appear more solid now.
