Dont bother with 100 octane fuel, it will not yield you any more HP if your car is not tuned to run it. The stock tune is design to run with 91/93 as that is readily available through the USA.
You best bet is to focus on a good set of tires that accomplish what your trying to do with the car, rather that is drag racing or track racing there is a tire for you.
