I've just picked up an SL55 intake and boxes - awaiting delivery.

I just ordered mine last week with a catch can. Car already has K&N panel filters right now. But I never believed a K&N filter did anything better then a paper filter except for lasting a long time.

I can't attest to their effectiveness on the Crossfire but in my cycling days it made a significant difference on my Suzukis.

He already has a NeedsWings DCAI folks. His questions are related to the big sheet metal intake manifolds and they IC Y-pipe. I think we can all agree that you need to find a way to get more air in first, then figure out how to get the right amount of fuel and spark after. I've been told that they supposedly give you a little bit more top end speed in the 1/4, but I've also seen the complete opposite on Thumper's car.
