Both bottom tabs are busted and were supposedly broken during shipping from
Chrylser to the seller. There were pictures of the missing tabs, however, until you have seen a headlight assembly, it's hard to understand what your looking at.

I could of bought a headlight with busted tabs for $130 shipped from a member here.
