Too much work to do properly.
I had a brand new student book available to the Canadian members when they were available cheaply in the US from Chrysler (shipping, handling and UPS fees were shocking) and no one wanted it.
A poor copy of it is available here in the Documents thread of course. The S/C and Roadster book seems rare though and I have found no PDF files on it anywhere.
