i know getting something you weren't expecting nor would you purchase it had you realized it's condition is frustrating to say the least, I've been there. I've also went back and re-read the description and in most cases, the condition was clearly stated, but I, in my hast either over looked it or mis-read it. In those cases, I accepted my mistake and chalked it up to experience and I might add, it's taught me to read the entire listing. I didn't see this listing, but if it was clearly stated as some have pointed out here, you might reconsider your efforts to black ball the seller. Heck, you might have found out this seller was a great guy who if you explained that you misread his ad, relied on the 'new' part of the description and now feel you bought something you wouldn't have, you might have found him very understanding and one who would have tried to make it right. If all the above seems childish in my perception of the transaction, I apologize for pointing out what appears to be obvious.
