Well, another potential deal fell through. So I ordered a tune for 100 octane and am buying a 5 gallon pail of Torco Accelerator. New tires going on today also. I have quite a few parts to get installed and then see how the car runs. Some basic like an oil change, maybe a TRANSMISSION kit from NW. Plugs and wires. A heat exchanger and isolation kit, I think that will help with the power by keeping the timing up. Maybe the intakes are not for me to have
I would rethink that tune for 100 octane, if you travel at all, what do you do when you can't located 100 O fuel? There's plenty of power to be had, maybe you need to slow down and do
this a step at a time. Doc is right, more air is always the key to more power, in and out. We can't do much about the air out but that isn't as important with the SC as it would be with a N/A car. Search thoroughly the engine mods, figure out what you want to do, then do 1 and see what change it makes, then another, etc. If you do them all at once you won't know what did what.
