I remember that, yes, I was also wondering if that whole assembly can be lifted up and secured higher in that bay. Sealing it inside something might not be OK if a source of air is needed to operate that air pump. If you seal it in a bag, you might just suck too much of a vacuum in there and make it run constantly looking for air. Don't know enough how it gets (and how much) air it needs to operate normally. If it takes it from the exterior of the case and not any of those air lines, it might run out of air while running.
