after my local dealer rejected a replacement, they advised me to either have it replaced by them at $3000. with the same top and construction or go home and try to "glue it" myself. I figured that if the original failed and nothing was changed as to construction of the top, I had nothing to lose , so I took their advice and "glued" it with a 3M product # 5200, a marine product and it is holding very well so far and looks good too..
