I will end up taking it out and then work with the shop owner to get it back in and then he can work his magic and tuck everything in and trim it up.
No turning, it comes out oriented just the way it is. The front end is down, tilted slightly since the drivers side must clear the steering wheel and if I remember correctly the first part to exit the door is the tab in the back where the push pin goes in. It takes a bit of maneuvering but try to remember how it came out, so it's easier to go back in.
