That cover for the nut is used on many cars and is cheaper when it does not have the Crossfire name associated with the part.
Stick it down with contact cement or something like that.
The flange fitting will require a little modification to the cowl as the hole is generally not on center, I did a how to on that problem. The cowl hole is not big enough and needs to be cut larger on the correct center.
