Default Standard automotive 4-pin relay... trigger with 2.5v?

Hey guys - so I am really trying to get my push button start working the way I *want* it to. Everything is fine, but I need to be able to send 12v to the module whenever the clutch is engaged as the unit will not make any changes (turn off car) if the clutch signal is not detected.

I have a 2.5v steady voltage when the clutch is pressed in.

I need to feed 12v based on that. 2.5v will not power a standard automotive relay.

I tried a 611T solid state switch, however it functions differently - 2.5v does activate it, but it switches the 12v on and off each time you press the clutch -- not 12v on when you press and 12v off when you release.

Any ideas? Suggestions (other than solder my keyed ignition back in lol)
