Thanks syfi, the fluid was changed only 2-3 months ago with the filter when my 722.6 plate was replaced. The plug was also changed, but it did leak 3 weeks later from the new plug so he fitted new seals again and all been good for the last 4--5 weeks. Seems that this is common with these o rings, even new ones !!. No leak now all dry. I did get him to check the old level again this morning and it was all ok and clean as it should be. What you say syfi does now make me think humidity because we have had the most horridness humidity here for the last few weeks when it started and it is very intermittent which again is making me think the air is making a difference. Just hard to believe they are so sensitive.
