I THINK it's the right one in the instrument cluster.

It is, right 'pin' **** turn right for minutes advance, left for hours advance. Might be a piece of dirt or a bug crawled in there and is messing with the 'switch' contacts. Try moving it without the key a few times, rapidly. When you turn it to the right or left, at the stop point, let it snap back into its position. Do this a few times both ways it might 'clear' any debris that might be wedged in there. Hope you can 'fix' it, as the clusters are a 'cluster' to remove and replace. They are also pretty expensive as well and may need to be 'set' by a dealership to maintain the correct mileage and title integrity. Good luck!
