The REAL Dragon update: When my pilgrimage ended in the Lodge parking lot this afternoon at 4:30, the temperature was 77F ! It was 80 in Murphy, NC! The Dragon and all roads around here were almost deserted. I ran all the way from Robbinsville down the Dragon, back UP the Dragon and to the Lodge without EVER coming up behind someone. The Lodge parking lot has less then 15 cars in it, the Gap Store had less than 20 motorcycles. I STILL say, that with Easter this weekend, we are gonna have some pretty open roads.
