What I mean by CPS stumbling is that the engine goes completely dead for a second or 2, usually accompanied by a CEL and some ignition related P codes.
I dont have OBD softeare so I'm not sure if there are any "P code" any other suggestions? I do loose the SC at speeds over 65MPH or when the car gets hot, so I am changing the aux pump (has the original with 28,600 miles on the car) and i was thinking of putting in a larger air to water IC.
