DUDE; WAKE UP! Did they tell you positively that your alleged extended warranty will cover all the proposed work that they are trying to fraudulently perform? You should make sure you're covered, and hopefully the extended warranty Co. doesn't drop into our Forum looking for expert advice. Many forum members here have diagnosed the real problem for you, and you now have knowledge of what the real problem is. Will you be aiding and abetting them in having thousands of dollars worth of unnecessary work performed? Are you seriously going to let them tear into your perfectly good intake system? If you plan on going forward with this, ask to see the NEW supercharger before you drop your car off. Wait a minute, you already dropped your car off to them didn't you. And they think you are an internet nerd that doesn't know $hit about cars. It all may work out o.k., as long as they install an IC pump to cover their a$$. And they can then say that they indeed fixed it with all the unnecessary parts and labor $$$$$$$. Regardless of what some have shared about their success at the Dealership; the majority of Dealerships Service Advisers or managers are smooth talking pathological liars! Did I mention that they're full of $hit. Good luck, because it is what you're going to need.
