Legalities in some locations is one, at night it might be too much bling is two, resale value for the "stock" look if a potential buyer didn't want it is three and four is pure courtesy.... Would you want to be the poor schmuck stuck behind me and have to stare at that flashing thing all the way through a Dragon run?
