Having a problem with my heated rear window. It has never worked since I bought the car 18 months ago.
Finally got round to looking at it but cannot understand the problem. I have had it tested by an auto electrician who has ascertained that power is getting to it but we cannot find any break in the element yet the circuit is not complete at other side of the element. I know next to nothing about auto electrics so do not know what else to try except maybe a different auto electrician !!!

Is this a known fault with Crossfires?
