Any ideas on why this is happening and what to do about it?
I believe that it is a sprayed on finish and as such is susceptible to damage. I just replaced my glove box for that same reason and was thinking that a flat clear coat on it might help solve the problem. My glove box was damaged when I bought the car, I will never allow any child in my car. I am waiting for my first grandchild but they will have to ride in Grandpa's Jeep! LOL
